Teletherapy for Adolescents and Young Adults

I am a clinical psychologist who specializes in working with adolescents and young adults. I provide Dialectical Behavior Therapy, including phone coaching, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a focus on Exposure and Response Prevention. My clinical focus is on supporting adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety and OCD, helping them build resilience, confidence, and meaningful progress toward lasting well-being. I currently hold academic positions at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School. I am licensed to practice psychology in New York, Massachusetts, and all PSYPACT–recognized states (currently including Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming).
